Automatic exchange of information

When you access our website, your computer and the server where our website is hosted automatically share information. It is this exchange that enables you to view our website. More specifically, the information shared in order for you to view the site is as follows:

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics is a web analysis service that provides basic statistics and numerical analysis of traffic on the Manikaso website. Information such as connection time and location, actions carried out on the site, pages viewed and the referring site are collected and anonymized to populate this traffic analysis tool.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager bridges the gap between the actions of Internet users and Google Analytics. This tool recognizes actions carried out on the site and sends relevant anonymous data to Google Analytics.

Hotjar

Hotjar is a tool that enables us to better understand the behaviour and movements of visitors to our website. All this data is anonymized and used solely to optimize the content of our site.

Cookies

The Manikaso Centre’s website includes a number of extensions and integrations from various services to ensure web pages are optimized and operate smoothly. They use cookies on the site as described below, in particular to facilitate its operation, optimize its performance and collect anonymous data on site behaviour.

Necessary cookies

  • WordPress uses cookies, among other things, to keep sessions and pages open when you browse our website. There is also a site protection process that filters traffic to protect us against unauthorized use.

Statistical cookies

  • Hotjar uses cookies to recognize the first page you visit on our website and to understand user actions and clickstream. This data is anonymized.
  • Google Analytics et Google Tag Manager use cookies to calculate the number of visits, sessions and ad campaign data to give us an overview of traffic on our site. This data is anonymized.

Please note that all cookies can be deleted and even disabled through your browser settings.

Use of information

We use your contact information exclusively to contact you or to add you to an email mailing list, based on what you requested on the form you completed.

All information on the forms is strictly used for these purposes, and all your requests are handled exclusively by the Manikaso Centre’s team.

Disclosure of information

Access to your personal information is limited to the minimum number of people in our organization required to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy, where reasonably justified.

We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law.

Request for access, rectification and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to view your personal information. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the disclosure or use of the information collected. To exercise these rights, please send us a request.

If you discover that there is incorrect, incomplete or ambiguous information about you in a file or record, or if the collection, disclosure or retention of such information is not authorized by law, you have the right to request rectification. You may also request that we cease disseminating your personal information or de-index any hyperlink attached to your name providing access to information if such dissemination causes you harm or contravenes the law or a court order.
